Dear Single Parent Scholarship Committee:

My mom Kristi is one of the girls you help with school.  I want to tell all of you "Thank You".

When I was 4 or 5 years old, my mom had to quit school because she could not afford lights, food and TV plus school.  She goes to EnWack now and in May graduated with a degree.  She starts nursing school in August.

My mom has also told me that her RN diploma will help both of us in the future (house, trips, savings and my college).  Since my mom has been with you people, she is not upset about bills or food, only tests.  She takes a lot of tests!  My mom has also told me to always remember the people that have helped us get this far.  I will always remember Single Parent.  I have also made friends with you, just like my mom.  Thank you very much for caring for my mom and I.  My mom will get her college degree and so will I because of you people.  A lot of love and respect.
